Due to the nature of digital goods and services, once an AI report has been generated and delivered, it is generally non-refundable. The service is considered consumed at the point of report generation.
2. Exceptional Cases
- Technical errors where the report failed to generate despite payment.
- Duplicate charges for the same service.
- Significant discrepancy between the purchased package and delivered content.
